Our birthday party packages offer a unique blend of fun and excitement, featuring engaging activities like our popular sports package, which includes an hour of playtime for a variety of sports—basketball, indoor soccer, futsal, volleyball, and playground activities. You can also choose our thrilling NINJA Adventure Course, featuring over 40 obstacles and loads of fun, or dive into action in our Esports Gaming Lounge! With customizable food options, unlimited drinks, and a dedicated team to help plan every detail, we ensure a memorable celebration for you and your guests.

PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS

  • • Dedicated Party Host

    • 1 hour of court play in your sport of choice. (Choose from basketball, indoor soccer, futsal, volleyball, playground sports, and more.)

    • 1 hour in a Party Room for food, drink, and presents

    • 3 Pizzas and unlimited soft drinks (Additional pizzas are available at $25/ea. Upgraded food & beverage options are also available. )

    Sports Package Fee

    • $375 for up to 15 youth attendees. (Adult family and friends are welcome to spectate at no cost.)

    •  $25/additional youth attendee

  • • Dedicated Party Host

    • 1 hour of Ninja 901 Adventure Course play (Warrior course - level 1). Take on the Ninja 901 adventure course, play ninja games and celebrate the special day in true Ninja 901 fashion.

    • 1 hour in a Party Room for food, drink, and presents

    • 3 Pizzas and unlimited soft drinks (Additional pizzas are available at $25/ea. Upgraded food & beverage options are also available. )

    NINJA 901 Package Fee

    • $400 for up to 15 youth attendees. (Adult family and friends are welcome to spectate at no cost.)

    •  $25/additional youth attendee

    The course is ideal for 5+ but our little ninjas are very welcome! Parents are required on the course for ninjas 4 and under (12 and under must be accompanied by an adult/guardian). NINJA 901 Level 2 Clip N Climb course can be added on for an additional $100.

PARTY FAQS

  • Yes. There is a $75 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be due the week before the party, typically the Monday before.

  • Yes, though pending date and time availability.

  • Yes. You may book additional time and space as follows:

    • 30 minutes – $50

    • 60 minutes – $100

  • Of course! Depending on your package selection, we’ll have everything you’ll need to play. For sports-themed parties, this includes your choice of basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, dodgeball, kickball, wiffleball, cornhole, pickleball and spikeball.


  • Refunds will not be provided for no-show guests when purchasing the $25 per participant package. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend confirming your guest count before finalizing your booking.

  • While birthday party packages are typically built for groups of 15, with individual add-ons available for purchase, Memphis Sports and Events Center can accommodate parties of virtually any size! Contact youth@themsec.com for info on hosting large parties.

  • Yes! A dedicated staff member will be with your group from start to finish, ensuring fun while handling duties such as room prep, food delivery, sports equipment and escorting the group throughout the venue.

  • With the exception of birthday cake and ice cream, the venue’s no outside F&B policy applies. If you’d like to order food and beverage beyond that which is included with the party package, contact youth@themsec.com or view our party menu here for options.

  • Parties must conclude at the scheduled end time. A 15-minute grace period is provided for cleanup and guest departure. If guests remain beyond this grace period, a $50 fee will be applied for each additional 15 minutes.
